About Doogie

Clinical judgement and hard engineering, in one team.

We're building a preventative clinical-intelligence platform for the practices that carry primary care, anywhere in the world. Patient-reported context first, clinician always in charge.

A person's health story is scattered. A public clinic holds one part of it, a private GP another, a pharmacy a third, and the family-health history that would explain most of it was never written down at all. The clinician meets the patient cold, the clock starts, and prevention is the first thing that gets squeezed out of the room.

So Doogie gives that story somewhere to live. The patient builds a health profile on the phone they already own, in their own language and their own time, and they own it. Before the consultation the practice receives a clear, coded brief of what the patient reported. Doogie collects, structures and summarises. The clinician diagnoses, treats and decides, always.

What we believe

Four commitments we do not trade away.

Safety above everything

Safety is the spine of everything we build. Urgent reports are caught by deterministic rules that sit above the model and cannot be reasoned away, and safety is weighted above every other measure of quality.

A clinician always decides

Doogie collects, structures and summarises. Every brief is a draft for a qualified clinician to review, accept, edit or discard, and a clinician remains responsible for diagnosis, treatment and every decision.

The patient owns their story

Consent is not a checkbox at the end. The patient decides what is collected, which practice sees it, and when to withdraw it. In this market trust is not a feature we add, it is the product.

Built with clinicians, in the open

We would rather under-promise and earn trust step by step. Doogie speaks the standards health systems already run on, and we build it with practising clinicians, not around them.

Where we are & where we're going

An honest roadmap. Built with clinicians, in the open.

We would rather under-promise and earn trust step by step. Here is exactly where Doogie stands today.

Today MVP live

A working product, end to end

Adaptive history-taking, the deterministic escalation layer, a consent-aware patient health profile and a SNOMED-coded consultation brief, running end to end for a growing set of primary-care presentations.

Next In pilot discussions

Closed pilots with partner practices

Supervised evaluation inside private practices and telehealth providers, a formal clinical safety case, and benchmarking against a clinician panel, with clinicians reviewing every Doogie brief.

Then Planned

Practice system integration

Structured write-back into the practice management and health record systems clinics already run, in any country, so the coded brief flows straight into the patient record and closes the loop.

Horizon Vision

Prevention at population scale

Broader coverage and rollout with practice groups and funders across multiple markets, so whole populations gain longitudinal, consented health context that is measured, audited and improved over time.

Team

Work with us

Start every consultation informed. Back the team building it.

We're building the safe, standards-native way AI enters the consultation, for practices wherever practices carry primary care. Patient-reported context first, clinician always in charge. If that's the future you want to build, let's talk.
